The high levels of cortisol are connected with the tendency of the body to keep the fat cells as back up for energy and not willingness to burn them. What we eat is directly affecting the body appearance, so if we want to get rid of the cellulite, we need to have a balanced and nutritional diet that will help and will not work against us.
As soon as the cellulite is something that you cannot fully get rid of, it is not objective to aim to such result. But what you can do is to tighten the body and the muscles in order to make it less visible and to minimize the causes for it. Stretching is a good way to move the liquids in the body so make sure to include it in your workouts. You need to eat less salt as it makes you hold more water under the skin and in the tissues but you also want to develop routines that will lessen the cellulite and would keep you healthy.
